Before and After, a Success Story

In the beginning of 2012, I was unhappy with my life. I hated my job, I hated the way I looked...you know, the usual gripes. Well, I decided one day that I was tired of feeling sorry for myself and made the choice to take control of my life. I decided to go with a more positive outlook on life, started watching my diet, and began working out. This is the result. I know the "after" photo is a bit out-dated. I've gotten in even better shape since then. I'm down over 50 lbs, I'm happy, healthy, and love life. I'm participating in 5ks, obstacle courses, and other endurance activities.
